1. A painting ones selected and booking amount paid ,will be considered sold. But, the delivery of the same will be incurred once the full amount is paid by the buyer either by cash or by rtgs,whatever is convenient to the buyer.
2.  A painting purchased will be exchanged on special conditions either of the same amount or amount greater than the booking amount of the exchangable painting.
3. If the painting is lost  during transit , the losses will be borne by the gallery, if not insured .
4. The painting will be shipped to the destination within 15 days .
5. The shipping expenses will change with the destination within India and outside India..
