The great Indian past is not dead. The Legends are still alive in traditions, morals and ideologies. The great epics like Ramayana, Mahabharata, are a part of Indian psych. They are not just stories from the past, but a path in itself. The past is a mysterious mythology to the present generation. As this generation is busy in the present, always thinking about the future and totally ignorant of the past.

By an artistic Endeavour, it would be almost impossible to capture the essence of the past glory, but still, the effort to portray the glory and intensity of the greatest moments of the past and express it through this medium of canvas and colors has been my passion for a long time. Throughout my childhood, I always wondered how the "LankaDahan might have been. The great Hanuman scorching the city of Lanka with his Tail. Likewise, the Droupathi Swayamvara, and the Humiliation of the Pandavas, the lord Krishna coming to the rescue of Droupathi. The Varahavathara, Kurmavathana, the Gouthama Buddha etc..

Product Special Remarks

These interesting moments were very inspiring to me as an artist. They have been always a part of my surprise and wonder and also how could they be brought out from my imagination. I always wanted to express my endurance towards the experience I had in imaging the past. That is the point of my taking Canvas and colors.
